DURATION

The InfoMommy.com “Earth Day Giveaway” starts on March 1^st, 2010, and continues until 11:59PM (EST) on Earth Day, Thursday, April 22^nd, 2010.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit www.InfoMommy.com and click on “Earth Day Giveaway” under the Contest tab. Complete all required fields on the entry form appropriately, that you’ve read the Official Rules & Regulations, and click “Submit”.

Limit one (1) entry per household, per day. The more you enter, the better chance of winning!

Limit one (1) winner per household.

ELIGIBILITY

This Giveaway is open to persons residing in Canada at the time of the win.

InfoMommy.com personnel, including immediate family members and members of the same household of such persons are not eligible to enter.

All entries that are incomplete, contain false information, or that have not complied with the Official Rules and Regulations will be deemed disqualified.

PRIZES

There are nineteen (19) prizes to be awarded in this Giveaway.  A winner will be randomly drawn for each prize, which will be awarded as follows:

(1) Sunlight Green Clean 1 Year Supply Prize Pack – Winner will receive one (1) year’s supply of Sunlight Green Clean in the form of coupon vouchers, 4 fluffy towels and a package of dryer balls which will be shipped directly from Sunlight/Harbinger Ideas within 6-8 weeks from the end of the Giveaway.

(2) gDiapers Sweet Bundle Cloth Diaper Packs – Winner will received one (1) gDiapers Sweet Bundle cloth diaper package, including g's everyday 6-pack of little gPants plus winner’s choice of a case of gRefills or 2 packs of gCloth inserts. Winner will be able to choose the Sweet Bundle in size Small, Medium or Large. Sweet Bundle and gRefills or gCloth inserts will be shipped directly from gDiapers within 2 weeks of the Giveaway, and of receiving the winner’s size and preference selection.  

(1) Bummis Organic Cotton Cloth Diaper Kit – Winner will receive one (1) Bummis Organic Cotton Diaper Kit in the size of their choice (Infant or Baby), which will be shipped directly from Bummis within 2-4 weeks from the end of the Giveaway and of receiving the winner’s size selection.

(3) Johnny Green & The Little Green Man Book – Winner will receive one (1) copy of the book, which will be shipped directly from the author, Suzan Tyler Decker, within 6-8 weeks from the end of the Giveaway.

(3) Charlie & Lola’s We Are Extremely Very Good Recyclers Book – Winner will receive one (1) copy of the book, which will be shipped directly from the publisher, Penguin Books, within 6-8 weeks from the end of the Giveaway.

(5) Big Earth, Little Me Book – Winner will receive one (1) copy of the book, which will be shipped directly from Scholastic within 2-4 weeks from the end of the Giveaway.

(3) Green Baby Clothing Co. Gift Certificates – Winner will receive their choice of any two (2) onesies with the design of their choice, along with one (1) bamboo hat, total value of $44.00. Prizes will be shipped directly from Green Baby Clothing Co. within 2-4 weeks from end of the Giveaway and of receiving the winner’s design selection.

(1) Idbids Eco-Friendly Starter Kit – Winner will receive one (1) Idbids Eco-Friendly Starter Kit in their choice of Lola the Flower, Scout the Cloud, or Waverly the Water Drop. Prize will be shipped directly from BuyGreen.com within 2-4 weeks from end of the Giveaway and of receiving the winner’s design selection.

DRAWS

Winners will be drawn randomly on or about Friday, April 23^rd, 2010 and will be announced on the website on or about Monday, April 26th, 2010, dependant on the time required to contact and verify winners.

If the winner cannot be reached by phone or email within five (5) business days of the draw,  he or she will be considered disqualified, will not win the prize, and another winner will be randomly drawn. This process will be repeated until the next winner is confirmed.

If there is a dispute over the correct entrant, the authorized email account holder submitted with the entry will be deemed the correct entrant. In the event this occurs, the entrant may be required to provide proof that he or she is the authorized account holder associated to the same entry. All entries must be submitted with a valid e-mail address or this will disqualify you if chosen randomly as a winner.

Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received.

By entering in this Giveaway, all entrants release and hold harmless InfoMommy.com, as well as their officers, owners, partners, employees, representatives, and successors from any liability in connection with said Giveaway and/or prizes, whether as a participant in the Giveaway, or as a declared winner.

InfoMommy.com assumes no responsibility for failure of the internet, the website, and/or the entry process during the entry period, nor for any technical malfunctions or problems with traffic/email congestion, or any combination thereof which might also include any damage or injury to entrants or any other people/property related to or resulting from participating in this Giveaway or being awarded a prize.

InfoMommy.com assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, incorrect or misdirected entries or regarding the capture of entries as a result of user, human or technical error or malfunction, or for disruption in internet or telephone service, broadcast transmission or any other reason.

The Giveaway sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize or portion of the prize with one of at least equal value in the event of unavailability for whatever reason. InfoMommy.com assumes no responsibility or liability should a sponsor back out of the giveaway for whatever reason.

By entering in the Giveaway, the winner confirms compliance with the Official Rules and Regulations, and releases InfoMommy.com from all liability and/or responsibility relating to participation in this Giveaway and/or in connection to the acceptance or use of any/all components of the prize, pick up or delivery of said prize, and consents to the use of his/her name, city and province of residence, and/or photographs without additional compensation of any kind.

InfoMommy.com reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Giveaway should a virus or any other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt or impede security or the proper administration of this Giveaway. InfoMommy.com also reserves the right to suspend or cancel the giveaway for any reason at InfoMommy.com’s sole discretion.

Attempts to deliberately cause damage to the website, the Giveaway or the entry process, or to undermine the integrity of the Giveaway is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should this occur, InfoMommy.com and its representatives reserve the right to seek damages and penalties to the fullest extent of the law, including criminal prosecution where appropriate.
